This website promotes the AI Builder Challenge (the "Challenge"). The data controller and operator responsible for this site and the practices described here is Лаборатория за Иновации ЕООД (Innovations Lab EOOD), a company located in the Republic of Bulgaria, referred to as "we," "us," or "our." When you use our site, we may process:

• Registration details you submit on the Register page, such as name, email, country, affiliation (optional), project description fields, preferred educational institution for the donation, and your agreement to our terms.
• Technical data typical of websites, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and approximate location derived from IP, collected by hosting and infrastructure providers to deliver the service and protect security.

We use personal data to:

• Run the Challenge, including reviewing eligibility, communicating about the program, and organizing events.

Registration data may be stored using Supabase (database and related services). The site may be hosted on platforms such as Vercel. Providers may process data in the United States, the European Economic Area, or other regions according to their terms and safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses where relevant).

We keep registration and related records for as long as needed to operate the Challenge, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where feasible.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who help us run the site and the Challenge (for example, hosting and database providers), when required by law, or to protect rights and safety. We may share limited information with partners involved in sponsoring or delivering the Challenge where necessary and appropriate.
