This website and the Challenge are operated by Лаборатория за Иновации ЕООД (Innovations Lab EOOD), a company located in the Republic of Bulgaria. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean this operator unless the context says otherwise.

The AI Builder Challenge (the "Challenge") is a competition as described on this website, including on the Rules and FAQ pages. Those materials are part of how the Challenge works. If anything on this page conflicts with specific rules published for a given season, the season-specific rules and announcements will control for that competition.

You must meet the eligibility requirements on the Rules page (including age and team size). Registration information you provide must be accurate and complete. We may disqualify entries or registrations that are fraudulent, misleading, or violate these terms or the Rules.

You retain ownership of your product, ideas, and materials. By participating and submitting information, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your submission content and name (or team name) for purposes of operating and promoting the Challenge, judging, events, and case studies, as described on the site and in communications to you.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable law or infringe others' rights.
• Attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that harms service, or access non-public systems.
• Harass staff, judges, or other participants.

Judging criteria, timelines, and prizes are described on the site. Decisions of the organizers and judges are final except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Prizes may be subject to verification of eligibility, identity, and compliance with the Rules. You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with prizes. Event details (including the results and awards event) may be communicated separately; travel or other costs are your responsibility unless we explicitly state otherwise.

The site and Challenge are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your participation or use of the site. Our total liability for claims arising from these terms or the Challenge will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to participate (if any) or (b) one hundred euros (EUR €100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You will defend and indemnify us and our affiliates, directors, and partners against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your participation, your submissions, or your violation of these terms or the rights of others.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory EU and national consumer protection rules, the competent courts in the Republic of Bulgaria have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the Challenge. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory rights in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms of Service. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site or participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
