Clear guidelines to ensure a fair and inspiring competition

Eligibility Criteria

Open to individuals or small teams (max 3 people) worldwide
Must be 16 years or older to participate
Product must be built between April 2026 - December 1, 2026
At least one paying customer required (proof of revenue)
AI tools must be used in at least one stage of development
Original work only - no existing products or derivative projects
Intellectual property remains with the builder

Judging Criteria

70%

Revenue & Commercial Viability

Demonstrated revenue from paying customers. Product-market fit and scalability potential.

10%

Problem-Solution Fit

Clear identification of a real problem and effectiveness of the solution provided.

10%

AI Utilization

Strategic use of AI tools throughout ideation, design, development, and marketing.

10%

Story & Documentation

Quality of documentation, honesty about obstacles, and clarity of lessons learned.

Results & Awards Event

All participants are invited to a special event where results are shared. The winner collects the prize, tells their journey, and receives a custom 3D-printed award.

What Counts as "Commercially Viable"?

A commercially viable product is one that solves a real problem for real users and generates actual revenue. Here's what we look for:

At least one paying customer (free trials don't count)
Clear value proposition and pricing structure
Proof of payment/transaction (invoice, payment processor screenshot, etc.)
Scalability potential beyond the initial customer(s)

Even €1 in revenue counts. We value proof of concept over revenue size.
